This Privacy Policy explains how NEUTRACODE ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when users play Aero Guardians (the "Game"). The Game is an action game about a heroic aircraft fighting alien monster attacks.
By installing or playing the Game, users are considered to have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If users do not agree with this policy, they may stop using the Game and delete it from their device.
1. Short Summary
- The Game does not require users to create an account.
- The Game does not ask for name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access.
- Game progress such as unlocked stages, selected characters, upgrades, and coins is stored locally on the device.
- Based on the version available when this policy was created, the Game does not use ad SDKs, analytics, login, in-app purchases, or third-party cloud services.
- If features such as ads, analytics, online leaderboards, cloud save, or in-app purchases are added in the future, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration must be updated.
2. Information We Collect
In the Game version available when this policy was created, we do not directly collect users personal data through the Game. The Game does not provide registration forms, login, chat, content upload, or features that ask users to submit personal data to us.
2.1 Progress data stored on the device
The Game may store gameplay data locally on the users device using local game storage, for example:
- unlocked stages;
- selected stage;
- amount of in-game coins;
- owned or selected characters;
- character or ability upgrade levels;
- game settings such as volume, if available.
This data is used so users can continue their progress on the same device. This data is not sent to us through our servers.
2.2 Technical device data
Based on the Game version available when this policy was created, the Game does not use analytics, advertising, or online server services that intentionally send technical device data to us. However, the operating system, Google Play, or app distribution services may process certain technical data according to their own policies, for example for security, installation, updates, platform error reports, or abuse prevention.
3. Device Permissions
The Game is not designed to request sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone calls, calendar, or access to users personal files.
If the Game needs additional permissions in the future because of new features, we will explain the purpose of those permissions in the Game or through an update to this policy according to applicable requirements.
4. How We Use Information
Local progress data is used to:
- save and restore game progress;
- display the correct stages, characters, coins, and upgrades;
- keep the gameplay experience consistent on the same device;
- run the core features of the Game.
We do not use local progress data to create user profiles, personalize ads, track users across apps, or sell personal data.
5. Data Sharing with Third Parties
Based on the Game version available when this policy was created, we do not share users personal data with third parties from within the Game because the Game does not collect personal data through our servers.
The Game is distributed through platforms such as Google Play. Use of Google Play is subject to Googles privacy policy and terms. We do not control how Google processes user data on Google Play services.
6. Ads, Analytics, and Purchases
In the Game version available when this policy was created:
- The Game does not show third-party ads.
- The Game does not use third-party analytics SDKs.
- The Game does not use social login.
- The Game does not provide in-app purchases.
If we add those features, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for user consent or show additional disclosures according to applicable laws and platform policies.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Progress data stored locally remains on the users device while the Game is installed or until the user deletes the app data through device settings.
Users can delete local Game data by:
- uninstalling the Game from the device; or
- opening Android settings, selecting the Aero Guardians app, and clearing app data if that option is available.
Because the Game does not create online accounts and does not store users personal data on our servers, we do not have a user account database to delete. If users contact us, we will help explain local data deletion steps as far as possible.
8. Data Security
We try to keep the Game from accessing data that is not needed. Local progress data is stored on the users device and used to run gameplay features.
No method of data storage or transmission is completely risk-free. Users are encouraged to keep their devices secure, install the Game from official sources, and update the Game from official platforms.
9. Childrens Privacy
The Game is not designed to ask children to send personal data to us. The Game does not have account, chat, content upload, or personal data request features.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has sent personal data to us through a contact channel outside the Game, please contact us so we can review and delete that information when required.
If the Game is later specifically targeted to children or families, we will ensure that SDK usage, ads, content, and privacy disclosures are adjusted to applicable family policies and child protection laws.
10. User Rights and Choices
Users can:
- stop using the Game at any time;
- delete the Game from their device;
- delete local Game data through device settings, if available;
- contact us with privacy questions.
Because the Game does not create online accounts, some requests such as account data export or account deletion do not apply to the Game version available when this policy was created.
11. International Transfers
Based on the Game version available when this policy was created, the Game does not transfer users personal data to our servers. If online features are added in the future and data is processed on servers in another country, we will update this policy with appropriate information.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if there are changes to Game features, SDK usage, legal requirements, or platform policies. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will show the latest version of this policy.
Users are encouraged to read this Privacy Policy periodically. If changes are important, we may provide additional notice through the store page, inside the Game, or through other appropriate methods.
